6 Exercises That Built My Arms! (Biceps & Triceps)
These 6 bicep and tricep exercises have contributed to the development of my arms. Occasionally, I incorporate different variations but consistently include compound lifts, isolated lifts, and unilateral lifts in order to optimize each muscle group. To increase arm size through progressive overload while maintaining proper form per repetition is important for keeping tension on your muscles.
