**1. Mountain Pose (Tadasana):** Begin by standing tall with your feet together. Relax your shoulders and take a few deep breaths. This pose helps to improve posture and grounding.
**2. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana):** From Mountain Pose, bend forward, placing your hands on the mat and stepping back into an inverted V position. This pose stretches the back, shoulders, and hamstrings.
**3. Cat-Cow Stretch:** Drop to your knees and alternate between arching your back (Cow) and rounding it (Cat). This movement warms up the spine and relieves tension in the back.
**4. Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I):** Step one foot forward into a lunge position, raising your arms overhead. This pose strengthens the legs and improves focus.
**5. Tree Pose (Vrksasana):** Stand on one leg, placing the sole of the other foot on your inner thigh, while balancing. This pose enhances balance and concentration.
**6. Child’s Pose (Balasana):** Kneel and sit back on your heels, extending your arms forward. This restorative pose helps relax the body and mind.
**7. Corpse Pose (Savasana):** End your session by lying flat on your back with your arms at your sides, allowing your body to relax completely. Focus on your breath and let go of any tension.
