Raptors Top Nets 120-109 Behind Strong Team Effort in Brooklyn

The Toronto Raptors bounced back with a solid 120-109 win over the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday night, improving their record to 29-50 in the final stretch of the 2024-25 NBA season.
Rookie forward Jonathan Mogbo led the charge with a near triple-double performance, scoring 17 points, grabbing 11 rebounds, and dishing out 7 assists — showcasing his growing all-around game. Meanwhile, Ochai Agbaji added 15 points, along with 3 rebounds and 2 steals, providing a key spark on both ends of the floor.
Toronto also saw strong contributions from Reece Beekman, who tallied 14 points, 5 assists, and 4 rebounds, continuing to make the most of his minutes as the Raptors develop their young core.
The Nets, now 25-53, struggled to contain Toronto’s ball movement and energy on the glass. Despite flashes from their young squad, they couldn’t recover from a double-digit deficit in the third quarter.
