This video will explore the gradual decline of hip hop over recent years, beginning in 2019 when artists such as Lil Baby, Gunna, Dababy, Juice Wrld and more were popular. We’ll follow this trend up to 2021 through to 2023 where new rising stars like Pooh Shiesty,Yeat,Ice Spice and Glorilla emerge on the scene. Additionally we’ll examine how platforms like TikTok along with music streaming services including Spotify and Apple Music have contributed to this four year slump.
