Reggae Dancehall artistes, Moses Davis aka @kingbeenieman and Rodney Price @1unogeneral got their flowers.

Date:

After being shockingly overlooked again at last October’s National Awards, the local Music Fraternity, decided to right that wrong and give Reggae Dancehall artistes, Moses Davis aka @kingbeenieman and Rodney Price @1unogeneral their flowers.

Both men now in their early 50s were inducted into the Jamaica Music Museum Hall Of Fame, at the recent Reggae Gold Awards, which celebrates the best of our music.

In reacting to the accolade, ‘Bounty Killer’ stated in part on his socials “I was inducted into Jamaica Music Hall Of Fame among the greats I’m humbled grateful and thankful for the acknowledgment of my contribution to our music and culture it’s highly appreciated”.

Some thirty other awards were handed out including to the Third World Band, Gerald “Bogle” Levy for dance and the iconic producers Wycliffe “Steely” Johnson and Cleveland “Clevie” Browne.
