Sean Herman, 33, is facing felony charges of misconduct for his apparent participation in a staged OnlyFans video. The woman in the video shows Herman her breasts to get out of a ticket. Herman was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and could face jail time if he’s convicted on the misconduct charges.
