Chet & Shai Dominate in Atlanta
The Oklahoma City Thunder continued their hot start to the season with a 117–100 win over the Atlanta Hawks, improving to 3–0 on the year.
Chet Holmgren stole the show, dropping 31 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 threes while anchoring the defense with 3 steals. His mix of size, range, and poise was on full display as he led the Thunder to another statement win.
All-Star guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander added a smooth 30 points on 12-of-17 shooting, proving once again why he’s one of the most efficient scorers in the league.
Hawks Struggle to Keep Up
For Atlanta, Nickeil Alexander-Walker led the team with 17 points and 3 rebounds, but the Hawks couldn’t find rhythm against OKC’s defense.
Despite flashes of energy from their young core, the Hawks drop to 1–2 on the season.
