According to a federal lawsuit, an allegedly inebriated woman in Mississippi claimed that Ivana Williams, who was employed by the Mississippi Highway Patrol at the time, assaulted her and recorded their sexual encounter. The plaintiff further stated that Williams refused to erase the video despite assuring her that it wouldn’t reveal her face. As per Williams’ defense against this charge leveled on her is concerned; she contended having filmed things with consent from another female involved while positing herself as subdued during events leading upto such incident(Wiliiams) happened before filing of charges could have been raised legally regarding aforementioned affairs happening between two women(Jesse Weber reporting for Law&Crime).
