Coulda Been Records Brings the Heat to Jamaica: Druski Hosts Unforgettable Island Auditions

Date:

Coulda Been Records took its search for the next big star to the Caribbean with the Jamaica auditions, and it was nothing short of legendary. Hosted by the one and only Druski, the viral comedian and mastermind behind the mock record label, the event fused humor, talent, and undeniable island vibes — all with that signature Coulda Been flair.

Held in Kingston, the auditions drew in a wave of aspiring Jamaican artists, dancers, and performers who were ready to shoot their shot. From bold freestyles to off-the-wall characters and pure comedic gold, the talent (and the not-so-talented) showed up with energy that only Jamaica could deliver.

Druski, known for his quick wit and hilarious reactions, kept the crowd entertained as he bounced between playful roasting and genuine encouragement. Whether an artist had bars or belly flops, Druski gave each contestant their moment in the spotlight — and a chance at Coulda Been greatness (or embarrassment).

The Jamaica edition brought a unique flavor to the Coulda Been Records universe. Audiences got to witness the fusion of Caribbean creativity with internet comedy, producing countless viral moments destined for TikTok and Instagram reels. Some contestants brought authentic reggae and dancehall heat, while others were simply there to put on a show — and they did not disappoint.

As Druski put it, “This ain’t American Idol. This Coulda Been.” And in true Coulda Been fashion, the Jamaica auditions were a wild, hilarious, and unforgettable ride.

Stay tuned to Druski’s socials for more episodes and recaps. Who knows — the next international star might’ve just walked out of a Kingston recording booth.
