An unidentified 15-year-old boy reported to Marion County, Florida authorities that his father allegedly walked in on him and his stepmother, Alexis Yates, having sex in the living room of his home. The teen was reportedly visiting his father for summer vacation. Now, as Yates faces a charge of sexual battery, her nursing license is on the line as well.
