How Megan Fox practically destroyed her career Overnight ?

Date:

In 2007, Transformers got released. And after watching the movie, most of the men had only two words on their mind.

Not Optimus Prime but Megan Fox.

Everybody fell for her beauty. She was cited as one of the most beautiful women in the world.

Now we all know that Transformer movie reception was inversely proportional to its box office collection. The worse the movie is, the more money it mints at the box office.

Because, duh— it’s a Michael Bay movie.

After starring in two Transformer movies, Fox had this to say about Michael Bay:

“He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he’s a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he’s not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he’s so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it’s endearing to watch him,”

And guess what?

In the third part she got replaced by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Her subsequent movies like Jennifer’s Body, Jonah Hex , Passion Play were box office failures. while the transformers third part grossed 1 billion at the box office.

Now you must be thinking that it was Michael Baywho fired her. Well, here comes the plot twist.

In an interview, Michael Bay said:

Fox “was in a different world, on her BlackBerry. You gotta stay focused. And you know, the Hitler thing. Steven said, ‘Fire her right now.'”

Yep, it was the movie’s executive producer Steven Spielberg who told Bay to fire Megan Fox.

Megan Fox must have regretted making that comment, which turned her career upside down.
