This is our first time making Sinigang! We been wanting to try it out for a while now and we finally got the time to do it. Filipino Sinigang is a sour soup. Using Tamarind or even guava and calamansi. Today we are making a quick and easy recipe using the tamarind soup mix. From what I seen the Knorr brand is a good one to use. Below is what we added.
