Adam Mann, a 40-year-old man from Ontario, has been charged with second-degree murder in the homicide of Tori Dunn in Surrey, B.C. On June 16th, police found the seriously injured woman inside her home on 182A Street and she later passed away at hospital. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) announced his arrest and charges.
