The investigation revealed that Mansouri and Alouah employed various tactics to gain the trust of their victims, leading them to part with substantial sums of money. The authorities are urging potential victims to come forward and provide any information that could aid in further unraveling the extent of the fraud. These charges underscore the persistent issue of financial crime and the need for vigilance among individuals to protect themselves from such schemes.

The case also highlights the importance of law enforcement agencies and their role in tracking down and prosecuting individuals who perpetrate these crimes. As the legal proceedings unfold, the victims and the broader community await justice and hope for the recovery of their lost funds.
